Job summary

CBIZ is seeking a dynamic B2B sales professional to grow the HCM and payroll practice with mid-market clients. You will prospect, create and manage an active pipeline, and guide clients from discovery through close, leveraging CBIZ's broad advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities include developing strategies to win new logos, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with implementation and client service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven success in proactive B2B sales with mid-market clients.
• Experience selling HCM and payroll solutions is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and generate new B2B business.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
