• Experience selling to mid-market organizations (50–500 employees).
• Proven track record of prospecting new logos and meeting quotas.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new B2B business through cold calling, networking, field outreach, and digital engagement.
• Achieve annual new revenue targets through consultative sales to new clients.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Track sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with implementation and client service teams for onboarding.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across service lines.
• Provide market insights to leadership on trends and competition.
