OneDigital is seeking an HCM Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives and Revenue leaders. You will translate business challenges into compelling product demonstrations that accelerate sales, demonstrate HR technology capabilities, and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a Sales Engineer or related role.
• Experience in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, HCM, or enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations to prospective clients across industries.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to understand customer needs and objectives.
• Translate business challenges into product capabilities and recommended solutions during discovery sessions.
• Maintain and enhance demo environments, data sets, and presentation materials for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to align sales and onboarding.
