Job summary

Net at Work, a leading technology advisor, seeks a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer for the HR/payroll domain. This remote position supports the Outside Sales team across the United States, delivering tailored Rippling HR/Payroll demonstrations and discovery sessions to illustrate value in HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management.

You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, guiding prospects through demonstrations, POCs, and implementation collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, ERP consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance.
• Experience with mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Ability to translate client requirements into practical system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to conduct deep discovery sessions, uncovering client pain points and business objectives.
• Develop and deliver engaging, customized demos that showcase how Rippling solves workforce management challenges.
• Provide guidance on best practices for HR/payroll implementations, compliance, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and adoption.
• Work with sales, consulting, and implementation teams to ensure solutions align with customer expectations.
