Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a proactive sales professional for a fully remote role within the U.S. You will prospect, present services to clients, and close new and expanded agreements in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities include generating opportunities, coordinating proposals, and onboarding new clients with internal teams. A strong track record in sales and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role in a quota-driven environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for proposals.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals and follow up through the sales cycle.
• Coordinate documentation for client onboarding to Paylocity.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual territory quotas.
