Vail Resorts is seeking an Epic Ascent Concierge Agent to redefine the private lesson experience on the mountain. You will build trusted relationships with guests, coordinate detailed logistics, and deliver seamless, personalized service from booking through departure.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years relevant experience in concierge or hospitality settings.
• Ability to deliver personalized, high-touch service to premium guests.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and coordinate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences by creating meaningful connections and modeling Epic Service.
• Act as primary contact for ski and snowboard school guests, instructors, and internal support needs with professional communication across channels.
• Coordinate private lessons and specialty product logistics, including booking support and meeting location confirmation.
• Resolve escalated issues with sound judgment and empathy, partnering with leadership as needed.
