Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking an Epic Ascent Concierge Agent to deliver elevated guest experiences for ski and snowboard school guests. This remote role coordinates private lessons, manages guest communications, and supports on-mountain services from pre-arrival to departure.

As a concierge-focused professional within the Product Sales & Services Department, you will partner with multiple teams to ensure flawless execution, proactive problem solving, and premium service for a lifetime experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of concierge or hospitality experience
• Proven ability to deliver high-touch service
• Ability to coordinate across departments

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences by creating meaningful connections and modeling Epic Service.
• Be the primary contact for ski and snowboard guests, instructors, and internal support through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate private lessons and specialty product logistics, including booking support and meeting location confirmation.
• Resolve escalated issues with good judgment and empathy, coordinating with leadership and teams as needed.
• Collaborate with Product Sales & Services, Ski & Snowboard School, and Resort Operators for seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain guest records and workflows to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
• Monitor operations, identify risks, and escalate as appropriate.
• Process POS transactions, manage guest profiles, and handle payments and exchanges.
• Recommend products and upgrades aligned with guest needs to maximize their resort experience
• Keep up-to-date with resort products, policies, and School operations as a resource for guests and staff
• Support a safe, organized, high-performing environment and assist with evolving business needs
