Vail Resorts is seeking an Epic Ascent Concierge Agent to deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences from pre-arrival planning through on-mountain support. You will coordinate private lessons, guest communications, and day-of logistics to ensure a seamless and memorable visit.

As part of the Product Sales & Services Department, you will work with instructors, resort partners, and leadership to provide proactive solutions in a dynamic environment, reflecting Epic Service and an Experience

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience; preferred as a concierge or in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences by creating meaningful connections and modeling Epic Service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ski and snowboard school guests and internal support needs, providing concierge-level service and professional communication.
