Job summary

DoiT is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the systems that power Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations. This remote, full-time role is based in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, or Sweden, with contractor options in Eastern Europe and Portugal.

You will design changes across Salesforce, HubSpot, DealHub CPQ, and related tools, translate requests into problems, automate repetitive work, and collaborate with an internal engineering team. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands‑on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model), plus HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.
• Ability to write scripts in Python or JavaScript and work with Apex/SOQL/REST APIs.
• Track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self‑service.
• Systems thinking across connected systems and data flows.
• Understanding of lead‑to‑quote‑to‑close and marketing funnel dynamics.
• Comfort using AI coding and automation tools daily.
• Clear communicator with business users and engineers; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM systems as one connected whole across CRM, CPQ, and marketing automation.
• Turn requests into problems, propose options, explain trade‑offs and decisions.
• Remove recurring manual work by automation or self‑service solutions.
• Build automations, small tools and integrations with simple, durable approaches.
• Keep data models lean and trustworthy; enforce data quality upfront.
• Maintain reliable integrations with native connectors and robust error handling.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and use AI tools to speed work.
• Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack and document changes.
