Job summary

DoiT is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own and optimize the interconnected stack that powers Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations. You will manage CRM, CPQ, and automation tools, ensuring data integrity and scalable automations across platforms.

Remote-first role with a global scope; candidates should operate across time zones and be comfortable working with an internal engineering team and AI tooling daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Flow, data and security) and HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.
• Experience writing Python or JavaScript scripts and REST APIs.
• Track record replacing manual processes with automation or self-service.
• Systems thinking across connected systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM systems as a connected whole: CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and sales-engagement tools.
• Translate requests into solvable problems and propose options with trade-offs.
• Eliminate recurring manual work by automation and self-service.
• Build automations, small tools, and integrations with simple, durable designs.
• Ensure a lean data model and reliable integrations with proper error handling.
