Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to drive pipeline generation, sales productivity, and revenue growth at the intersection of Revenue Ops and field execution. You will own go-to-market programs and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to translate strategy into structured programs and measure impact.

This is a high-visibility role in a fast-moving team, requiring ownership, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GTM strategy, Revenue Operations, sales strategy, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Ability to turn strategic concepts into operational programs with clear structure.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on Salesforce reporting experience.
• Familiarity with Gong, Outreach, and BI platforms (Databricks/Tableau) is a plus.
• MBA required or strongly preferred; consulting/finance or high-growth startup background is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM program calendar across pipeline, new logo, expansion, and partner motions.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to define segment plays and operationalize in Salesforce.
• Build program metrics and track performance in Salesforce and Databricks.
• Lead quarterly/annual GTM planning with Revenue Operations, Finance, and GTM leaders.
• Drive ICP refinement, territory design, and GTM model evolution.
• Serve as a bridge between Marketing, Enablement, GTM Engineering, and Sales to activate programs.
• Support board and executive reporting on ROI and pipeline health.
• Other duties as necessary.
