Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to own design, operationalization, and continuous improvement of go-to-market programs that drive pipeline, sales productivity, and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to translate strategy into scalable programs and measure outcomes. This high-impact role reports to GTM leadership and requires a strong ownership mindset, cross-functional communication, and experience shaping annual

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM strategy, Revenue Operations, sales strategy, or management consulting (B2B SaaS or logistics exposure a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to take a strategic concept from whiteboard to operationalized program.
• Excellent analytical skills; proficient in Salesforce reporting; familiarity with Gong, Outreach, and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM program calendar; design, launch, and manage cross-functional programs across pipeline generation, new logo, expansion, and partner motions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to define segment plays and operationalize them in Salesforce and other tools.
• Build program measurement frameworks; define metrics and instrument tracking in Salesforce and Databricks; deliver recurring performance readouts.
• Oversee quarterly and annual GTM planning cycles with RevOps, Finance, and GTM leaders, including headcount modeling and capacity planning.
• Run strategic projects like ICP refinement, territory design, and GTM model evolution.
• Serve as a connective layer between Marketing, Enablement, GTM Engineering, and Sales to activate and improve programs across the funnel.
• Support board- and exec-level reporting on GTM program ROI and pipeline health.
• Other duties as necessary.
