ShipBob is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to sit at the intersection of Revenue Operations and field execution. You will design, operationalize, and continually improve go-to-market programs that generate pipeline, boost sales productivity, and drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to translate strategy into structured programs, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM strategy, Revenue Operations, sales strategy, investment banking, or management consulting—B2B SaaS or logistics exposure is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operationalized programs with clear structure.
• Excellent analytical skills with Salesforce reporting; familiarity with Gong, Outreach, and BI platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional cross-functional communicator; comfortable with executives and admins alike.

Responsabilités

• Own the GTM program calendar and manage cross-functional programs for pipeline generation, new logos, expansion, and partner motions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to define segment plays and operationalize in Salesforce, Gong, and BI tools.
• Build measurement frameworks and deliver recurring performance readouts to RevOps and GTM leadership.
• Oversee quarterly and annual GTM planning cycles including headcount, capacity, and segment goals.
• Lead ICP refinement, territory design, and GTM model evolution.
• Act as a connective layer between Marketing, Enablement, GTM Engineering, and Sales for program activation and improvement.
