ShipBob is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to sit at the intersection of Revenue Operations and field execution. This role owns the design, operationalization, and continuous improvement of go-to-market programs that drive pipeline, sales productivity, and revenue growth.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to translate strategy into structured programs, measure outcomes, and iterate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM strategy, Revenue Operations, sales strategy, investment banking, or management consulting—B2B SaaS or logistics knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to translate strategy into operable programs and establish structure around ambiguous problems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce reporting; familiarity with Gong, Outreach, and BI platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategy into structured GTM programs and measure performance; manage cross-functional program calendar across pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, expansion, and partner motions.
• Define segment-level plays and operationalize them in systems like Salesforce; ensure reps have the right motion at the right stage.
• Build program measurement frameworks and deliver recurring performance readouts to RevOps and GTM leadership.
• Oversee quarterly and annual GTM planning cycles with revenue, finance, and GTM leaders, including headcount and capacity planning.
• Run strategic projects like ICP refinement, territory design, and GTM model evolution.
• Support board- and exec-level reporting on GTM ROI, pipeline health, and initiative progress.
