Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to sit at the intersection of Revenue Operations and field execution. You will own the design, operationalization, and continuous improvement of go-to-market programs that drive pipeline generation, sales productivity, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps stakeholders to translate strategy into structured programs—then measure and iterate on what works.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM strategy or revenue operations.
• MBA preferred; experience in consulting/finance or high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills and Salesforce reporting experience.
• Ability to drive cross-functional programs from concept to execution.
• Experience with annual planning, territory design, or quota setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM program calendar across pipeline, new logo, expansion, and partner motions.
• Define segment plays with Sales and operationalize them in Salesforce and other tools.
• Build measurement frameworks and deliver performance readouts.
• Lead quarterly and annual GTM planning with Revenue Ops, Finance, and leaders.
• Lead ICP refinement, territory design, and GTM model evolution.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Enablement, GTM Eng, and Sales to activate programs.
• Support board and exec reporting on GTM ROI and pipeline health.
• Other duties as necessary.
