ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to join our Revenue Operations and field execution team.

You will own the design, operationalization, and continuous improvement of go-to-market programs that drive pipeline, sales productivity, and revenue growth. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to translate strategy into structured programs, then measure and iterate on what works.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM strategy, Revenue Operations, sales strategy, or management consulting (B2B SaaS/logistics exposure a plus).
• Proven ability to turn strategic concepts into operational programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce reporting and BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the design, launch, and management of cross-functional GTM programs across pipeline, new logo, expansion, and partner motions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to define segment-level plays and operationalize them in Salesforce and tools.
• Build program measurement frameworks and deliver recurring readouts to RevOps and GTM leadership.
• Oversee quarterly and annual GTM planning cycles, headcount modeling, and capacity planning.
• Run strategic projects including ICP refinement, territory design, and GTM model evolution.
• Serve as a connective layer between Marketing, Enablement, GTM Engineering, and Sales for continuous program improvement across the funnel.
