Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Lead for GTM Strategy & Operations to own field go-to-market motions end-to-end. You will segment customers, align pricing, and coordinate with Product, Legal, Risk, and Pricing to convert inputs into executable plans.

You’ll build and maintain tools including an AI contract dashboard to guide decisions. You will work close to the field, turning feedback into recommendations, tracking adoption, and analyzing performance to flag risks early.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business, revenue or sales ops, ideally FinTech or SaaS.
• Owned go-to-market motion end-to-end, from rollout to adoption.
• Ability to translate inputs from Product, Legal, Risk & Pricing into executable plan.
• Experience cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market operations for field teams on strategic initiatives.
• Turn cross-functional inputs into an actionable process.
• Manage AI contract dashboard for eligibility by product initiative.
• Build tools and playbooks for strategic initiatives, including renewal planning and pricing standardization.
• Navigate differing perspectives (exec view, customer value, field analysis) on launches.
• Close to the field and translate insights into recommendations for teams.
• Analyze performance data to identify launch bottlenecks and risks.
