Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company redefining credit with transparent terms. We’re seeking a Lead for GTM Strategy & Operations to own go-to-market for a product line, designing rollout, enablement, and adoption plans.

You’ll work with Product, Pricing, PMM, and Legal to turn inputs into field-ready actions. You will synthesize stakeholder perspectives, drive data-informed decisions, and build playbooks that the field can execute.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, revenue or sales operations in FinTech or SaaS.
• Owned a go-to-market motion end-to-end with rollout through adoption.
• Able to translate product and pricing inputs into field-ready execution.
• Strong writing and communication skills; comfortable in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market for a product line or segment end to end — rollout design, enablement, and adoption targets.
• Turn inputs from Product, Pricing, PMM into a coherent GTM strategy and track adoption against goals.
• Balance exec rationale, customer value, and rep motivation in launch plans.
• Create and maintain materials, processes, and playbooks for the field.
• Gather feedback from the field to influence Product Marketing decisions.
• Analyze performance data to identify launch risks and areas for improvement.
