Job summary

Affirm, a remote-first fintech company, is seeking a Lead for GTM Strategy & Operations to own go-to-market for a product line end-to-end, coordinating with Product, PMM, Legal, Rev Ops, and Pricing. You’ll design rollout plans, enablement, and adoption targets, turning cross-functional input into executable playbooks for the field.

You’ll analyze performance data to spot risks, work with executives to refine the strategy, and help the team ship world-class GTM motions in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 6+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, revenue or sales operations.
• Experience owning end-to-end GTM motions and product line rollouts.
• Ability to turn vague inputs into executable plans for field teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market for a product line end to end — rollout design, enablement, and adoption target.
• Turn inputs from Product, Pricing, PMM into a coherent GTM strategy and track adoption against goals.
• Balance executive perspectives, customer value, and sales enablement requirements.
• Build and maintain field materials, processes, and playbooks.
• Analyze performance data to identify risks and optimize launches.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Legal, Rev Ops, and Pricing.
