Job summary

Affirm, a remote-first fintech company, is seeking a Lead for GTM Strategy & Operations. You will own the go-to-market for a product line end-to-end, coordinating with Product, Pricing, PMM, Legal, Rev Ops, and Sales to design rollout plans and enable the field.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in GTM strategy or revenue operations, a track record of turning strategic inputs into executable plans, and comfort working in ambiguity while driving adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, revenue or sales operations.
• Experience owning a go-to-market motion or product line end-to-end, from rollout to adoption.
• Ability to translate product and pricing strategy into field-ready execution.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Product, PMM, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market for a product line end-to-end, including rollout design and enablement.
• Turn cross-functional inputs into a coherent GTM strategy and track adoption.
• Translate executive perspective, customer value, and rep buy-in into a plan.
• Develop and maintain field materials, processes, and playbooks.
• Analyze performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
