Job summary

Alteryx Inc. is seeking a Revenue Enablement Professional with high energy to elevate our GTM organization through dynamic facilitation, coaching, and strategic content development. You will design and host engaging virtual workshops, deliver 1:1 and small-group coaching, and craft playbooks and leader toolkits.

This role also involves podcast hosting and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced tech environment, with a proven track record in revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, learning and development, or program development in a fast-paced technology-enabled environment.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, capable of energizing diverse audiences and leading virtual training programs.
• Strong coaching track record through skill development, practice sessions, and interactive 1:1 or small-group scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear GTM collateral beyond what is used during live training sessions.
• Digital fluency with enablement, learning, collaboration, and media platforms to create scalable experiences.
• Culture fit: collaborative, growth-minded, accountable, empathetic, resilient, and humorous.

Responsibilities

• 1: Facilitation & Training: Design and lead engaging virtual workshops, live training sessions, role-plays, readiness, and enablement events.
• 2: GTM Coaching & Professional Development: Conduct structured coaching sessions, 1:1 and small-group, and performance reviews.
• 3: Strategic Content Development: Create playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, competitive resources, narratives, and leader toolkits.
• 4: Operations & Continuous Improvement: Measure impact, track skill adoption, and collaborate across GTM to translate priorities into learning experiences.
