Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, learning and development, or program development in a tech-enabled environment.
• Exceptional Facilitation & Presentation Skills, energizing diverse audiences and leading virtual training.
• Strong Coaching Track Record with GTM professionals through skill development and practice sessions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Training (50%): design and lead engaging virtual workshops, live training sessions, role-plays, and enablement events.
• GTM Coaching & Professional Development (40%): 1:1 and small-group coaching, performance reviews, and readiness certification.
• Strategic Content Development (10%): create GTM playbooks, talk tracks, briefs, and leader toolkits; manage enablement content ecosystem.
