Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to partner with US-based sales teams, driving ABM campaigns and building AI-powered automations. You will work hands-on across channels, leverage CRM data, and report on pipeline impact.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of ABM experience, familiarity with tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot or Salesforce, and comfort using AI in workflows. Remote-friendly role with global teams.

Qualifications

2+ years running account-based marketing (ABM) programs in direct partnership with sales or account teams.
2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows, data enrichment, routing).
2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail).
Daily, hands-on use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations.

Responsibilities

Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail, coordinated with sales owners.
Build automations that detect signals and alert sellers when to act.
Maintain target account lists and enriched CRM records to support campaigns.
Report weekly on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities, deals, and revenue influenced.
Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
