Job summary

Join BairesDev to partner with Growth Marketing, shaping AI-powered, account-based campaigns for US sales teams. You will design, automate, and optimize multi-channel plays that drive opportunities and revenue growth, leveraging tools like Claude within your daily workflow.

You will operate in a remote setting with global teams, focusing on process mapping, data enrichment, and scalable automation across platforms to accelerate deals and account expansion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs with sales partners.
• 2+ years building seller automations (signal/trigger workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams.
• Hands-on multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels.
• Daily use of generative AI/LLMs in automations, not just copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail with sales alignment.
• Map processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers.
• Maintain data behind programs: target accounts, buying committees, enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue influence.
• Test new channels and scale those that boost pipeline.
