Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a results-oriented Growth Marketing specialist to partner with US-based sales and account leaders. You will design and run account-based campaigns and build AI-powered automations that inform sellers when to act.

You will maintain target account data, report on pipeline metrics, and test new channels beyond email and LinkedIn to accelerate deals and expansion. This is a hands-on IC role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in direct partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Ads, direct mail).
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations (Claude preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and run account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, direct mail with sales owner coordination.
• Map commercial processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers.
• Build and maintain data behind programs, including target accounts and enriched records in CRMs.
• Report weekly on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated, accounts expanded, revenue influenced.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
