Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Go-to-Market Leader for EMEA Financial Services to drive the GTM strategy across Banking/Payments, Capital Markets and Insurance. You will act as the domain expert and executive sponsor for FS within Databricks, setting vision, building assets for field productivity, and maintaining executive relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• CxO-level Banking leadership with 10+ years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of global Banking/Payments, Capital Markets and Insurance regulations, especially European.
• Proven ability to influence decision makers and build executive relationships.
• Experience launching go-to-market strategies and cross-functional enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own the Financial Services GTM strategy and revenue growth.
• Create account-, segment-, and region-level plans with sales and presales.
• Develop strategic partner relationships with ISV and CSI partners.
• Identify gaps and quantify opportunities; drive improvements.
• Speak at events, publish white-papers, and advise executives.
