Job summary

Databricks is seeking a GTM Motions & Skills Enablement Lead to design and deliver AI-first enablement for field sales across regions. You will own strategy, plan, and engine to tailor globally applicable enablement into targeted tracks by role, tenure, and industry.

As an individual contributor, you will build hands-on apps, agents, content, and processes; drive regional localization, operating rigor, and cross-functional alignment with senior sales leaders to accelerate ramp and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a GTM role or sales enablement for a technical data/AI platform.
• Deep fluency across data, AI, and frontier-model landscape.
• Hands-on builder who ships apps, skills, content, and processes with AI.
• Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Bias for action to pilot and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, plan, and engine for AI-first enablement across sales roles.
• Build the AI-native system to tailor enablement by role, tenure, and industry.
• Develop apps, agents, skills, content, and automated processes.
• Coordinate with regional teams to pilot and localize outputs.
• Install operating rigor and metrics to guide other teams.
• Influence senior sales leaders on model priorities.
