Job summary

Databricks is seeking a bold, strategic senior executive to lead our Energy GTM across the EMEA region. You will shape how we engage energy customers and collaborate with sales, field engineering, marketing, partnerships, and product to drive revenue.

You will set the AI vision for the world’s largest energy companies, build executive relationships, and lead cross-functional GTM programs spanning oil & gas, power, renewables, and mining.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in the energy sector with GTM/strategy/business development roles.
• Proven success taking technology products to market with an industry focus.
• Expert-level domain knowledge in subsurface intelligence, industrial AI, energy trading, and grid resilience.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams in a multicultural, multilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI vision-setting engagements with top energy accounts and executive teams.
• Drive GTM strategy, pipeline growth, and KPI reporting for the EMEA energy vertical.
• Align with sales, field engineering, marketing, partnerships, and product teams.
• Develop market analysis and thought leadership to sharpen our industry strategy.
• Travel regularly to support customer engagements and industry events.
