Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Financial Analyst, GTM to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive ARR growth. This remote-friendly, full-time role sits at the center of GTM decisions, turning data into actionable insights and executive-ready commentary.

You'll own the GTM expense plan, manage headcount planning, and unify ARR metrics across Salesforce and the data warehouse, enabling leadership to invest with confidence.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting; SaaS or subscription business preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; able to build models from raw data
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, renewals) and data sources like Salesforce
• Ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and explain financial results to non-finance audiences
• Interest in AI tools and automation to improve forecasting and reporting

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM expense plan and forecast with headcount and non-headcount spend
• Manage GTM headcount planning and capacity, including hiring plans and attrition
• Improve planning workflows in Workday and Adaptive Planning and reduce manual tagging
• Own ARR/ATR single source of truth across Sales and Self-Serve models and validate data
• Run monthly churn, renewal, and write-off reviews with GTM partners and summarize implications
• Synthesize data from Salesforce, data warehouse, Workday, NetSuite into KPIs and narratives
• Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and GTM; automate recurring reporting with SQL, spreadsheets, and AI tools
