Job summary

Webflow in the United States is seeking a Senior FP&A partner to align finance with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, guiding investment decisions to drive ARR growth.

You will own the GTM expense plan, manage headcount, and streamline planning workflows in Workday and Adaptive Planning, reducing manual effort and improving forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Strong modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, renewals.

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership.
• High-visibility role sitting at the center of GTM decisions, helping decide where to invest and drive predictable ARR growth.

What You'll Do:

• Own the GTM expense plan and forecast, including headcount and non-headcount spend.
• Manage GTM headcount planning and capacity, including hiring plans and attrition.
• Reduce manual effort in planning by improving Workday and Adaptive Planning workflows.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building models from raw data.
• Working understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, and renewals.
