Job summary

Webflow in the United States is seeking a Senior FP&A partner to align finance with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, guiding investment decisions to drive ARR growth.

You will own the GTM expense plan, manage headcount, and streamline planning workflows in Workday and Adaptive Planning, reducing manual effort and improving forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Strong modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM expense plan and forecast, including headcount and spend.
• Manage GTM headcount planning and capacity, including hiring and attrition.
• Reduce manual planning work by improving Workday and Adaptive Planning workflows.
