Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Financial Analyst, GTM to serve as the primary finance partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership. This high-visibility role sits at the center of GTM decisions to invest, optimize productivity, and drive ARR growth.

Location: Remote-first (United States; Canada). The cash compensation is zone-based, with United States Zone A/B/C pay bands and Canada pay bands, plus eligibility for a company-wide bonus program.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and building models.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM expense plan and forecast and provide executive-ready commentary on variances and risks.
• Manage GTM headcount planning including hiring plans and attrition.
• Improve planning workflows in Workday and Adaptive Planning and reduce manual tagging.
• Own ARR/ATR single source of truth across Sales and Self-Serve models and audit data.
• Run monthly churn, renewal, and write-off reviews with GTM partners and forecast implications.
• Synthesize data from Salesforce, data warehouse, Workday, and NetSuite into KPIs and narratives.
• Build cross-functional relationships and automate recurring reporting with SQL and AI tools.
