You will manage client campaigns, curate and verify lead data, onboard clients, and craft strategies for high-conversion outbound programs. Strong GTM tech experience and an entrepreneurial mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with GTM tech stacks, notably Clay, Smartlead, Instantly.
• Strong outbound lead generation, email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven and proactive.
• Growth-oriented with ownership mindset; agency or B2B service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute client campaigns, ensuring they are optimized and running smoothly.
• Source, verify, and manage lead data using tools like Clay, Persana AI, Apollo, Instantly, and other enrichment tools.
• Take client insights from onboarding and craft data-driven, high-converting outbound campaigns.
• Develop and execute creative outbound strategies to attract new clients and build brand awareness.
• Ensure high deliverability rates, warm-up strategies, and effective domain setups to maintain campaign effectiveness.
