Job summary

Superhuman Chambers is seeking a remote, full-time strategist to build and run GTM systems across email, LinkedIn, and select Instagram outreach. The role overlaps US business hours by at least four hours in a global remote setting.

You will inherit the outbound-agent codebase, ICP, and campaign work; audit it first and improve with evidence. The paid 30-day trial starts now, followed by milestone-based expansion and compensation based on meetings and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth systems and campaigns.
• Ability to own end-to-end outbound programs.
• Strong written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit the existing outbound system and data flows.
• Build the first multi-location campaigns and gain approval.
• Operate campaigns: launch, manage replies, book meetings, document playbook.
• Maintain traceability of all activities and results in the operating tracker.
