Job summary

SalesCaptain, a leader in GTM enablement for fast-growing B2B brands, seeks a Junior GTM Engineer to own outbound revenue infrastructure across client accounts. This remote, EU-hours role sits at the intersection of data, automation, AI, and outbound strategy, delivering scalable, automated lead generation systems.

You will collaborate with GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers to craft ICP-aligned campaigns, enrich data, identify target companies, and build repeatable lead-generation processes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building outbound or revenue systems.
• Clay power user with AI columns, Claygent, waterfalls, and custom API integrations.
• Systems thinker who automates manual processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP to campaign launch and reporting.
• Build advanced Clay workflows for enrichment and AI-assisted insights.
• Design signal-based triggers: job changes, funding rounds, hiring spikes, tech installs, web intent.
• Create multi-channel automation with no-code tools connected to CRM.
• Use AI to generate hyper-personalized outreach at scale.
• Write lightweight Python/JS snippets when needed.
• Brief Outbound Strategists on new workflows and targeting approaches.
• Stay ahead of tooling curves and adopt new data/AI tools.
