Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a systems-obsessed GTM Engineer to own scalable outbound infrastructure across client accounts. This remote, EU-hours role sits at the intersection of data, automation, and AI, building end-to-end outbound systems and campaigns.

You will collaborate with GTM Strategists to turn ICPs into campaign-ready lead lists, enrich data, and push automation with Clay, n8n, Make, and Zapier.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building outbound or revenue systems in B2B SaaS or agencies.
• Advanced Clay usage with AI columns, Claygent, waterfalls, and API integrations.
• Systems thinker who automates manual processes.
• Technical but not a developer; comfortable with APIs, webhooks, JSON; can code small snippets.
• Commercial mindset with ICP understanding and outbound impact.
• Familiar with GTM tooling and enrichment tools; opinionated on adoption.
• Native or advanced English (C1–C2) for client briefs.
• Self-directed and capable of shipping without hand-holding.
• Experience in Tech/SaaS/B2B buyers; openness to RevOps/outbound backgrounds shifting to systems building.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP to campaign launch and CRM sync.
• Build advanced Clay workflows with enrichment waterfalls, AI columns, and API integrations.
• Design and implement signal-based triggers for job changes, funding rounds, hiring spikes, etc.
• Create multi-channel automation workflows with n8n, Make, and Zapier connected to data sources and CRM.
• Leverage AI (Claude, GPT-4) to generate hyper-personalized outreach at scale.
• Write lightweight Python or JS scripts when no-code isn’t enough.
• Brief Outbound Strategists on new workflows, signals, and targeting approaches.
• Stay ahead of tooling curves; test and adopt new data, enrichment, and AI tools.
