Job summary

WorkWhile is seeking a strategic GTM Engineer to scale an AI-native revenue operating system across Sales, Account Management, and Sales Development. You will deploy AI tools and modern tech stacks to optimize pipeline generation, automate account enrichment, refine forecasting models, and reduce friction in the GTM funnel.

The role reports to the President and requires collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data Science, and Product & Engineering to drive automated, data-backed outcomes

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales Ops in a fast-growing B2B SaaS/tech marketplace.
• Experience building AI-driven RevOps workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• AI-driven GTM workflows: design and scale top-of-funnel to full lifecycle motions.
• Own GTM tech stack integration: Salesforce, Clay, Nooks, Gong, HighTouch, Outreach, ZoomInfo.
• Lead forecasting, quota planning, and territory design with predictive inputs.
• Build dashboards in Salesforce, Metabase, and BigQuery for real-time visibility into quota attainment.
