Expo, Inc. is seeking a GTM Engineer who ships robust AI-driven GTM solutions. You’ll own a portfolio of live AI agents, build automation to replace manual GTM work, and partner across sales, marketing, product, and engineering to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in GTM engineering, RevOps, or growth/marketing ops roles.
• Experience shipping AI agents or automation that moves a revenue metric.
• Strong coding ability across languages and APIs.
• Hands-on CRM depth with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Comfortable turning business problems into working software.
• Ability to partner with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of AI agents and automations used across the business.
• Build agents and workflows that replace manual GTM work.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
• Integrate systems via APIs and webhooks (HubSpot, BigQuery, Stripe, Slack).
• Design for data quality, validation, deduplication, and governance.
• Operationalize signals into scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation.
• Measure impact by pipeline, conversions, and rep productivity.
• Decide when to buy vs build and document every solution.
