Job summary

Barndoor AI, Inc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to own revenue operations and drive automation across the GTM stack. You will build AI-powered workflows and integrations on top of Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and related tools to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

You will measure impact by pipeline movement and revenue gains while collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering in a fast-paced, enterprise-ready security environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps, marketing ops, demand gen, or sales engineering with GTM Engineer experience.
• Fluency with AI tools and automation capabilities.
• Hands-on with intent data and enrichment tools like Clay and Apollo.
• SQL plus Python or TypeScript for automation.
• Salesforce or HubSpot admin and API/webhook integrations.
• Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools for GTM teams.
• Automate enrichment and data capture across Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and similar tools, and maintain dashboards.
• Develop lead scoring and intent models based on buying signals.
• Create outbound automation that personalizes messaging using firmographic/behavioral data.
• Proactively partner with frontline teams to identify friction and pipeline opportunities.
• Own CRM data hygiene and modeling to ensure trustworthy revenue data.
• Build and maintain pipeline/revenue dashboards for cross-team visibility.
