Jobgether seeks a GTM Engineer in the United States to design and optimize AI-powered, agent-driven go-to-market workflows. You will automate outbound prospecting, enrich data, and improve sales productivity while collaborating with Marketing, BDRs, and AEs.

In this hands-on role you’ll build reusable automations, measure performance, and push experiments from idea to impact, shaping pipeline generation and revenue outcomes in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered solutions or automated workflows.
• Knowledge of GTM, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Ops workflows.
• Ability to design experiments, interpret metrics, and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated outbound campaigns with AI agents.
• Develop end-to-end pipeline generation systems.
• Create a shared knowledge layer for AI agents across teams.
