Job summary

Biorce is seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer to own the GTM engine powering outbound and prospecting at scale. You will design, build and continuously improve workflows across Clay, Apollo, CRM, sequencing platforms and AI-powered outbound, partnering with Sales, SDR and Revenue Ops to translate GTM ideas into scalable systems.

The role focuses on automating prospecting, enrichment, signals, sequencing and routing, with a strong emphasis on data quality and performance monitoring to accelerate

Qualifications

• Experience building GTM systems in high-growth environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Clay and modern enrichment workflows.
• Proficiency with tools like Apollo, Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations and automation.
• Ability to connect data across multiple systems and automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM technology and automation end-to-end across the stack.
• Build workflows across Clay, Apollo, CRM, sequencing platforms and dialer infra.
• Develop signal-based outbound systems using events, hiring activity and intent data.
• Create AI-powered outbound workflows to scale personalization and engagement.
• Design account and contact scoring to prioritize opportunities.
• Route accounts, signals and opportunities to the correct commercial teams.
• Monitor performance and improve conversion, data quality and speed.
