The Bolton Group is seeking a GTM Engineer / AI Automation specialist to empower our Sales and Business Development teams. This remote role prioritizes candidates in Eastern and Central time zones, but applicants from all time zones will be considered.

- CRM data hygiene and data governance are essential.
- Experience automating the sales lifecycle where possible.
- Hands-on with AI and workflow automation tools (Clay, n8n, Make, Apollio, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude).
- Ability to strategize with senior leadership.
- Passion for AI technology and staying ahead of trends.
- Experience in a remote, high-performance environment is preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
