You will own prospecting workflows, experiment with new approaches, and collaborate with GTM leaders to align outbound activities with commercial objectives.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven decision making, and the use of tools like Claude and HubSpot to automate research, scoring, and outreach. Remote flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in B2B SaaS outbound sales.
• Proven success generating qualified sales pipeline.
• Experience using AI-powered workflows to improve prospecting.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, including pipeline tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve an AI-powered outbound sales engine with automation.
• Identify, research, and prioritize high-value target accounts.
• Engage decision-makers via phone, LinkedIn, video messages, events.
• Develop compelling cold outreach messages and tailored strategies.
• Qualify inbound and outbound meetings before handing over to AEs.
• Provide account executives with prospect insights to improve conversion.
• Experiment with new outreach approaches weekly and document results.
• Monitor outbound performance and focus on pipeline value and revenue.
