Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Manager, GTM Engineering based in the United States to lead AI-powered go-to-market automation across Marketing and Revenue Ops.

You will design scalable GTM architecture, orchestrate AI agents, integrate platforms, and guide a small team to deliver measurable improvements in pipeline and efficiency. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in marketing ops, GTM engineering, or revenue systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience building integrations across Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense or ABM platforms.
• Strong API, webhook, iPaaS, and integration framework knowledge.
• Experience deploying AI-assisted workflows or agents in a business setting.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents and workflows for end-to-end campaign creation.
• Automate marketing operations and asset production using centralized data.
• Build reusable automation patterns and templates for marketing teams.
• Architect scalable GTM systems and integrate multiple platforms.
• Improve lead management, scoring, routing, and BDR handoffs.
• Oversee BDR tech stack and coordinate with leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks, deploy improvements, and measure impact.
• Establish AI governance, privacy, security, and compliance standards.
• Lead and develop one direct report and coordinate cross-functional priorities.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear technical roadmaps and trade-offs.
