Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, learning and development, or program development in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
- Exceptional Facilitation & Presentation Skills: energizing diverse audiences and leading virtual training.
- Strong Coaching Track Record: coaching GTM professionals through skill development and practice sessions.
Responsibilities
- Facilitation & Training: design and lead engaging virtual workshops and live training sessions with cross-team enablement events.
- GTM Coaching: conduct structured coaching sessions focused on customer conversations, discovery, value articulation, and operating-model alignment.
- Strategic Content Development: create playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, and leader toolkits beyond live assets.
- Operations & Continuous Improvement: measure program impact and optimize future enablement initiatives.
