Job summary

Scribe is seeking a hands-on Enablement Lead to own how GTM roles (AE, BDR, CSM, SE) work day-to-day. You will map workflows, redesign gaps, and build an onboarding and manager-inspection layer that scales with the team.

You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Systems, brief the Salesforce/CRM stack precisely, and drive adoption when pricing, packaging, or tooling changes occur. This role builds processes from scratch, leads training cohorts, and ensures reps actually use the new

Qualifications

• Experience as a stakeholder or program owner through at least one CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Able to design and spec fixes to broken workflows rather than documenting as-is.
• Ability to brief a systems team precisely on Salesforce/CRM stacks.

Responsibilities

• Map the complete day-in-the-life workflow for GTM roles (AE, BDR, CSM, SE) and their managers.
• Design the task, queue, and report experience to make workflows real and consistent.
• Build the manager inspection layer for cadence-based adoption checks.
• Run onboarding cohorts end to end, from logins to ramp milestones.
• Own change adoption during pricing, packaging, or tooling shifts.
• Re-architect broken workflows and specify fixes for GTM Systems to implement.
• Run the front line of user support and case queue using Scribe Capture and Optimize to identify sticking points.
