Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking a GTM Senior Solutions Consultant (Presales) for a fully remote role in the United States. You will shape deals at the intersection of revenue, product, and customer success, mentoring peers and building scalable solutions across the GTM stack.

Partner with AEs, AMs, product, and engineering to architect end-to-end solutions, run POCs, and drive time-to-value. Bring a customer-obsessed mindset and AI-friendly approach to every engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Success) with complex SaaS deals.
• 4+ years selling to Enterprise-level accounts.
• Proven ability to lead technical solution validation with a customer-obsessed approach.
• Experience with integration-heavy customer lifecycles; REST APIs, CRMs, data pipelines, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Value Selling: lead technical and business discovery and map Apollo to ROI and revenue impact.
• Sales Partnership: co-own complex deals with AEs and influence stakeholders.
• POC & Trial Execution: design and run POC-based trials to validate business impact.
• Technical Discovery & Solution Design: engage stakeholders to design integration-rich solutions using APIs and CRM/marketing tools.
• Product Strategy: advocate for customer feedback to influence roadmap and GTM strategy.
• Full-funnel Solution Management & Tooling: create repeatable playbooks and ensure customer value.
• Mentorship & Enablement: coach peers, build demo environments and competitive resources.
