Scribe is building a world-class GTM Enablement program. You will own onboarding and ramp for every role in our customer organization, from day one to full productivity. You’ll design, run, and report on the program with a small, new team and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 4–6+ years in enablement, startup experience in B2B SaaS, and fluency with sales methodologies. You’ll work in a hybrid setup based in San Francisco with remote options, and you’ll be instrumental in

Qualifikationen

• 4–6+ years in enablement with onboarding, ramp, or productivity programs for sales or revenue teams.
• Start-up/B2B SaaS experience at high velocity companies.
• Curriculum from scratch with instructional design and training facilitation.
• Fluent in sales, with qualification processes and sales methodologies.
• AI savvy with hands-on use of tools like Claude, Gong, and enablement platforms.

Aufgaben

• Build role-based onboarding and ramp programs that drive new hires to full productivity quickly.
• Run the full productivity motion end to end—from ideation to pilot to rollout.
• Define baseline metrics, expectations and ramp goals for each role and track progress.
• Stand up onboarding and ramp reporting and deliver insights to managers.
• Partner with RevOps, Marketing, People, and managers to close skill gaps early.
• Use feedback and ramp data to continuously improve the program as the team scales.
