Job summary

Scribe is hiring a GTM Revenue/Enablement Lead to build and own onboarding and ramp programs across the customer organization. You’ll design, run, and report on the program with no playbook to inherit, collaborating with RevOps, Marketing, People, and leadership in a high-growth environment.

You will drive the full productivity motion, establish metrics, and continuously improve the program as the team scales, in a hybrid setup based in San Francisco or remote in NYC.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in enablement and onboarding for sales or revenue teams.
• Startup/B2B SaaS experience is a must.
• Experience building curriculum from scratch with instructional design.
• Fluent in sales methodologies and able to speak credibly with reps and managers.
• AI-savvy and hands-on with tools like Claude, Gong, Seismic, Highspot or Letter.ai.

Responsibilities

• Build role-based onboarding and ramp programs for the customer/GTM org.
• Run the productivity motion end-to-end from ideation to rollout.
• Define baseline metrics and ramp goals for each role.
• Stand up onboarding/ramp reporting and deliver insights to managers.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, People, and managers to close gaps.
• Iterate program as the team scales using feedback and ramp data.
