Scribe in San Francisco is seeking a GTM Revenue/Enablement Lead to build onboarding and ramp programs for all customer-facing roles, from day one to full productivity. You'll design the curriculum, run it, and report on results in a fast-growing, cross-functional team.

Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, People, and sales leaders; define metrics, deliver insights, and iterate the program as the company scales. Hybrid work with equity highlights commitment to growth.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in enablement with onboarding/ramp ownership for sales or revenue teams.
• Startup/B2B SaaS experience is a must with fast-paced environments.
• Curriculum from scratch with instructional design and facilitation skills.
• Strong sales language and credibility with reps and managers.

Responsabilidades

• Build role-based onboarding and ramp programs to reach full productivity quickly.
• Run the productivity motion end-to-end from ideation to rollout and iteration.
• Define metrics, expectations, and ramp goals; track progress and insights.
• Create onboarding and ramp reporting; deliver actionable insights to managers.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, People, and customer org leaders.
